1. By entering the recreational park Plohn the visitor recognizes the following entrance and use conditions as obligatorily on.
2. The ticket gives by day the right to the solution the visitor to enter the recreational park in the opening time (Easter to the beginning of November) in the time of 9,00 to 17,00 o'clock. It looses its validity when leaving the area. (Attention - the restaurant "Forellenhof" is outside of the area!) With premature locking of the recreational park, approximately in the pre or off-season or due to the weather conditions, no right to whole or partial refunding of the admission fee exists.
3. The visitor is obligated to present to the supervision personnel on demands the ticket. Who is not found in the possession of a valid ticket, is obligated, to overall reconciliation of all requirements flowing from this 25,00 € to pay. To the possibility of a criminal pursuit because of breach of domestic peace after § 123 StGB and because of a creeping of free entrance after § 265 A StGB expressly one refers.
4. Children before completion the age of 7 years is permitted the admission only together with an accompanying person. With the attendance of a group of children the responsible person must be called as such. The accompanying person is incumbent on the supervision of the children and in particular the obligation to carry for the security of the children concern and to protect it against harm.
5. The individual plants in the recreational park are to the visitors in the context of their purpose for free use at the disposal. It is not permitted to leave the individual plants outside of the intended use mechanisms too entered or the certified ways. Dogs are to be led in the park area at the line and in attractions not certified. As far as for individual plants a special, additional payment is required, this is particularly noted at their entrance. More briefly and/or technically conditioned operational failure of individual plants does not result in right to reduction of the admission fee.
6. The use of all plants takes place on own danger. The visitor is engaged to the necessary care, which reference and signs consider to in and doors to ensure even for its security by using in particular the existing safety devices, to whom, and which absolutely consequence carries arrangements out of the supervising person. The use of carried radio, Phono, tape recorders or music instruments is not permitted.
7. Films and photographing for commercial purposes requires in principle the permission of the management. In the park film and photo photographs are transacted. Avoid this range, if photographs and later publications of you are not wished. Otherwise we proceed from a fee-free organization.
8. The adhesion for damage suffered in the recreational park is excluded. The adhesion for deliberate acting remains of it unaffected. Complaints are to be made valid in each trap before leaving the park area with the administration. A later requirement is impossible.
9. For loss, theft etc. of brought in things is not responsible.
10. Who troubles other visitors, who enter plants against the existing use mechanisms, who do not follow the arrangements of the supervising persons or signs or in other way influences disturbing, can be referred without each requirement on payback of the admission fee from the recreational park. The supervision personnel is entitled to notice all rights flowing from the house right. The use of the children's playgrounds is only permitted to children up to 12 years and effected on own danger.
11. The visitor is obligated to carry replacement out for all damage, which he causes deliberately and in particular in connection with a behavior in accordance with number 10. Accompanying persons are responsible for the damage caused by children.
12. In all other respects apply all regulations of the "operating house regulation" recreational park Plohn, which is submitted at any time on demands to the insight.
